Introduction:
Course Objectives:
This course focuses on the core skills of measuring the aptitudes and abilities of employees. It enables delegates to implement reliable and valid 360 assessment tools for employee selection and development; they will understand all aspects of occupational testing, including test selection, test administration, and interpretation.
Who Should Attend?
HR and line managers, who wish to develop an assessment or development centre and would like clarity about key design stages. Whilst not essential, it is preferable that delegates have received Assessor training and/or have experience of objective assessment.
Course Outlines:
This course will enable delegates to:
- Design and implement effective multiple assessment procedures for selection and development
- Align assessment centers with organizational goals
- Experience and evaluate a range of 360 assessment methods, e.g. group exercises, in-trays, and fact finding exercises, to measure organizational competencies
- Integrate development activities that facilitate learning in development centers
- Practice objective 360 assessment techniques
- Ensure best practice in the use of 360 assessment and development centers.
