Introduction:
Course Objectives:
Participants attending the programmer will:

- Carry out Initial actions in response to accident and incidents

- Analyze the role of human factors involvement in accident investigation

- All Supervisors and line management responsible for initial actions following an incident on site

Course Outlines:
Participants will learn by active participation during the programmer through the use of exercises, syndicate and group discussion, training videos and discussions on relevant types of accidents and "real life" issues in their organizations.
The programmer aims to provide hands-on experience in the application of modern incident investigation techniques, including gathering evidence, witness interviews through the initial actions following an incident. Advanced incident analytical techniques are introduced, together with their application to major accidents in order to identify root-causes. The programmer will introduce structured methods for forensic investigation and fact-findings
