Introduction:
A cause tree is a visual representation that illustrates the logical combinations of causes leading to an undesired event or state. Undesired events can include scenarios such as explosions, equipment failures, toxic gas releases, or production interruptions.
Course Objectives:
The aim of the course is to introduce and develop a basic understanding of the cause tree analysis technique by means of short presentations and a syndicate exercise. The syndicate exercise will be chosen to match the client's activities.
