Advanced Construction Safety Course
Introduction:
Construction supervisors oversee people, resources, and safety at the construction site through the application of project management practices and safety techniques. Emphasis is placed on writing, time management, coaching, listening styles, behavior types, motivation, and communication hurdles. It is the supervisor's duty to identify potential risks, take action to reduce them, and offer on-the-job training to address any safety issues. The student will receive the OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certificate if they show up for all of the classes and finish the safety exercises.
