Introduction:

The design, operation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of substations have all been greatly impacted by recent technology advancements. A high-voltage electric system facility is called a substation. It is employed to switch circuits or lines, equipment, generators, and other components in and out of a system. Additionally, it can be used to convert alternating current to direct current or direct current to alternating current, as well as to change AC voltages from one level to another.
