Introduction:
The objective of this course is to develop a comprehensive understanding of the significance of commissioning in projects of varying sizes. Special attention will be given to the crucial aspects of project planning and preparation, encompassing the entire spectrum from engineering to commissioning and startup. The course places a strong emphasis on safety considerations associated with maintenance and testing procedures for all electrical system components. Additionally, it covers the field testing of key components within an electrical system, including motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, protection and control systems, UPS (uninterruptible power supply), and battery systems.
