Introduction:
The course "PHA for Team Leaders" is designed to equip leaders of process hazard analysis (PHA) study teams with the necessary skills and knowledge. Alongside expert instruction on the technical and managerial aspects of leading a PHA team, participants will engage in practical exercises where they form study teams and take turns leading them. These workshop exercises will be supervised by instructors who will provide feedback on participants' performance.
Course Objectives:
Learn to organize and lead process hazard analysis studies, including PHA Revalidations, using the HAZOP and "What-If" techniques. Participants discover the tactics and success factors that help ensure a successful study..
