Planned Shutdown, Critical Activities, Isolation, Start-up and Commissioning Course
Introduction:
The main areas of emphasis for this course are structural vibration, failure analysis integration, analytical and test solutions, as follows: Main Goal: Provide an integrated, test-based, analytical method for resolving field vibration issues, with a focus on vibration problems in pipes. Secondary Goal: Establish a shared vocabulary that facilitates an understanding of what each party needs to know in order to address vibration concerns for the analyst and test engineer.
Course Objectives:
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
· Do successful commissioning & start Up Operations
· Learn the technical strategy for bringing the plant from being a construction site to an operating plant
· Manage the shutdown, outage & turnaround for the plant facilities
· Develop a good plan for any critical isolation activities
