Introduction:
Pneumatic air finds extensive application in various industrial processes, such as actuation and control of valves, motors, conveying systems, instrumentation, and ESDV circuits. This course aims to impart fundamental concepts and practical guidance on designing pneumatic and electro-pneumatic circuits, enabling their effective utilization in process automation across multiple units.
The course encompasses the essential principles of pneumatics, including the functioning of air compressors and properties of air. It delves into the study of pneumatic and electro-pneumatic components, exploring their characteristics, selection criteria, and relevant industrial applications. Additionally, participants will gain exposure to software tools utilized for circuit design and simulation, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of their usage.
