Reciprocating Air Compressors Maintenance Course
Introduction:
Course Objectives:
This course is designed for engineers and supervisors involved in the operation and maintenance and troubleshooting of reciprocating compressors. The course provides an in-depth study of reciprocating compressors technology, performance, operation and maintenance. Participants will be able to solve operation and mechanical problems. Participants will practice a complete compressor overhauling and parts inspection at the workshop and report the compressor condition.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
· List the different parts of a compressor and explain their characteristics,
· Explain the evolution of compressor operating parameters,
· Implement appropriate monitoring for each type of compressor,
· Be involved in troubleshooting activities.
Who Should Attend?
This training improves participants’ skills in technology, operation, and maintenance of reciprocating compressors. Also, Engineers and Technicians' operation, mechanical, reliability, electrical and instrument working on operation and maintenance and compressors are the ones to attend this course.
