Introduction:
One of the most well-known and in-demand certificates in project risk management is the PMI-RMP, which is provided by the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA. This accreditation shows how much the position is valued by the project management profession and recognizes the individual's special skill on the team. In this position, a person retains a baseline degree of competency in all aspects of project management while also possessing greater expertise than a general practitioner in the specialty field of analyzing and recognizing project risks while reducing threats and capitalizing on opportunities.
